We are a tech-talent agency representing local premium brand indie studios. We are looking for you if you’re a killer 3D graphics engineer.

Our client is an independent game studio based in Bellevue, Wash., working on a premium 3D PC online game, with other talented people like yourself. If you like the challenge of cutting edge graphics and want to work in a smaller, dynamic team environment, on games that actually SHIP and get publisher PROMOTED, this is your kind of studio.

Collaboration isn’t just a buzzword here. It’s the bedrock of their work. They know a good idea can come from anyone. Want to make core game experiences that are accessible and fun? This is your kind of place.

Ideal background and experience needed: (please see NOTE below)

  • Expert knowledge of C++ and Visual Studio
  • 5+ years programming for games – or other real-time rendering applications
  • BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience that demonstrates killer graphics engineering chops
  • Graphics programming contribution on shipped AAA titles – or equivalent development experience
  • Prefer: UnrealEngine 3 graphics programming development experience
  • Strong math skills
  • In-depth knowledge of DirectX and shaders and a strong understanding of shader models
  • A team-centric outlook and personality (yep – personality counts)
